Having trouble logging in to your account?

Your web profile is extremely sensitive, usernames/passwords/additional security questions are all case sensitive therefore it is very important that you make record of all of your information and store it securely for future use.

  • Username - all capital letters
  • Password - between 9-20 characters long, a mix up upper/lower case characters and numbers (no special characters inc. !@?#+ etc.)
  • Security answer - no validations are set, you can enter anything you wish

Use the links on the login page if you have forgotten any of these details. The system will generate an email and send it to your registered account containing the information you have requested

Account settings

Your account will lock if you enter the incorrect login details 3 times in a row.

Your account will remain locked for 20 minutes , after which it will unlock automatically and you can attempt to login again. After unlocking you may wish to use the links above to retrieve your account details to prevent locking yourself out again

Whilst locked out please refrain from contacting the Fund to have your account reset, the administration software will do this automatically.
